*While we will inform you of the current stock status, we cannot reserve items prior to a formal order. Thank you for your understanding.

・Cancellations cannot be made after additional production has begun or after payment has been received.
・Each order can only be delivered to one location. If you wish to have deliveries to multiple locations, please consult us in advance.
・We do not accept invoice payments. Please see here for payment methods.
・As our brand is for general consumers, we do not accept orders for original product manufacturing (made-to-order sales). For corporate food sample manufacturing and novelty item manufacturing, please contact us here (our corporate sales department).
