Message from the craftsmen

We have prepared a "Sakura Basque Cheesecake" without the clip, available exclusively at our online shop.
The key feature is the "gooey" cross-section, characteristic of Basque cheesecakes. We adjusted it many times from the first prototype until we were satisfied with the cross-section. To complement this, the cream also has a rounded shape, allowing you to enjoy an even cuter and plumper appearance.
