【職人メッセージ】 "Kuri Manju" are a popular treat, sold year-round at convenience stores and traditional Japanese confectionery shops. We've now turned them into a limited-edition autumn keyring. While generally called "Kuri Manju," they come in many variations: large and round, small and oval, with whole chestnuts or diced ones. After much deliberation, we've opted for a simple, traditional oval shape with diced chestnuts. For the cross-section, we went through multiple prototypes to achieve a bitten-into texture while maintaining the grainy feel characteristic of red bean paste. Please also note the translucence of the red bean paste and the color of the ingredients.
