【職人メッセージ】 A young craftsman at BI Factory Yokohama, who is particular about Iekei ramen, has renewed the product with the desire to deliver even more delicious ramen. The key elements of Iekei ramen that we focused on are the rich soup and the nori (seaweed). By making the nori stand up, we created a more three-dimensional effect. We used coloring to represent the rich fat floating on the surface of the soup. We would be delighted if seeing this product makes you want to have Iekei ramen for lunch today!
