【職人メッセージ】 This is a clip of a strawberry Danish, topped with custard that looks like it's about to drip off, and strawberries dusted with powdered sugar. My particular focus was on expressing the texture of the Danish pastry dough. From the prototype to the coloring, I paid close attention to creating a texture that was both fluffy like bread, yet also crisp and aromatic, as if freshly baked. Please enjoy this food sample, filled with a craftsman's ingenuity.
