1) Warranty period: 1 year from the date of purchase.

2) Scope of warranty: If the product fails within the warranty period despite being used according to the instruction manual, we will repair or replace it free of charge in accordance with the warranty provisions.

3) Warranty exclusions:
・ Malfunctions or damage deemed to be due to incorrect use not described in the instruction manual.
・ Malfunctions or damage deemed to be due to disassembly, modification by the customer, or the customer's responsibility.
・ Malfunctions or damage due to fire or natural disaster.
・ Battery replacement due to battery depletion.
・ If the warranty period (1 year from the date of purchase) has expired or if the warranty card included with the product is missing.
・ Deterioration due to aging, such as discoloration.
・ Use outside of Japan.

・ Replace the battery every year.

・ Remove the battery when not in use.

・ Leaving the battery in for a long period can cause damage to the clock due to leakage or electrical discharge.

・ The hands are exposed and, due to the nature of the parts, are very easily bent.

・ Please be careful not to apply strong pressure or impact to the product.

・ To prevent malfunction or deterioration, avoid using or storing the product in the following places:
　・Outdoors
　・Places where the temperature is above 45°C or below 0°C
　・High humidity areas such as bathrooms
　・Places with strong magnetism
　・Places with vibration, such as inside a car or at a construction site
