1) Warranty period: 1 year from the date of purchase.

2) Scope of warranty: If the product fails within the warranty period despite being used according to the instruction manual, we will repair or replace it free of charge in accordance with the warranty provisions.

・ Malfunctions or damage deemed to be due to incorrect use not described in the instruction manual.
・ Malfunctions or damage deemed to be due to disassembly, modification by the customer, or the customer's responsibility.

・ Battery replacement due to battery depletion.
・ If the warranty period (1 year from the date of purchase) has expired or if the warranty card included with the product is missing.

・ If the battery is left in for a long period, the clock may be damaged by leakage or electrical short circuits.

・ The hands are exposed and, due to the nature of their components, are very easily bent.
