・Hot water
　For noodles and toppings (42℃～45℃)
　For soup (90℃～100℃)
・Bowl or basin (heat-resistant)
・Cups
　(Disposable containers such as plastic or PET)
・Rubber gloves
・Scissors
・Disposable chopsticks

This product is for "Intermediate" level.
It is recommended for those who enjoy crafting or have experience making Sampurun.
It has more steps and ingredients than the "Beginner" level.

Other "Intermediate" products include lifted noodles, which allow for unique food sample expressions, and desserts such as parfaits and drinks.
If the ingredients include both wax and gelatin, hot water at a suitable temperature is required for each.
(Wax: 42-45°C, Gelatin: 90-100°C)
